| Trainers Carole and Michelle Dodson Aim of the Workshop This unique workshop is aimed towards those who are already competing in the sport who want to get some honest and expert individual advice on how they can improve their technique and performance. This is an intensive training opportunity where we will be covering a mixture of general and very specific areas depend on the needs of those present. The workshop is also intended to help the group help themselves and each other through listening, sharing and experimenting with ideas. Dependent on interest we may need to alter arrangements and split into groups. So get in touch even if the date is not ideal! Day One - Heelwork to Music Day Two - Freestyle Booking Form Here Time: 9.30am - 4.30pm both days Other: Onsite Caravan and Camping with toilet and shower block (£12 per night per unit), plus Caravans for hire onsite (£30 per night per unit). Places: limited to 15 handlers per day. Price: Handlers - £55 per day or £100 for two days Small number of spectator places available - £20 per day or £35 for two days | |||||||
